My answer is always the same "What's your BUDGET" 

Each of your parties and event's I do is so verydifferent. It is yours - not mine!

"In over 5 years I have yet to figure out a per person/plate price"

You have a vision, reason for your party and theme in mind. I will do my best to help you come up with the menu, equipment and level of service to meet all of that and more.

No Budget ? No problem -Look below for some helpful thoughts & facts.

Please Take a few moments to consider the following. As you all know I don't share

"My opinion" To many feeling's and emotions involved with opinions.... So

I share with you, Experience and Facts I have learned - From all of you.   


1 - How many people are you planning on inviting (Adults vs Children) Adults = 1 to 1.5 Pounds of food each. 

2 - Duration of your party (Also is there going to be an after party) This really matters on beverages.

3 - Duration of our food service. Appetizers, Main Meal, Deserts & After party? plus the COST of the Set Up.  

4 - Slow Food Equipment & Staff you would like (Please see Equipment Page for pricing - Deposit required 2017)

5 - Paper Goods - Plates small & large, silver ware, napkins, table cloths, serving tools, cleaning supplies etc... 

6 - Please don't forget about your drinks! Many do. coolers, ice, cups, shopping, labor and such.

7 - Here is a BIG ONE everyone forgets about the COST of Tear down,Clean Up and Trash.

8 - If your planning on ADULT beverages? double your budget (And hire a bartender) I know a few.
